GT_01: As the artist, I am in my right to deny a commission for any reason I feel fit. Although this is unlikely- it is often due to things that go against my ‘will and won’t draw’ so please ready before commissioning. Reach out if you are unsure.GT_02: I'll always retain credit rights to the completed work. Usage in my portfolio and showcases is always allowed unless the piece is sentimental and/or a surprise art to which terms will be discussed.GT_03: If a chargeback is filed on a fully finished and distributed work for any reason that I consider to be scamming me out for my time and money, I retain the right to rescind that work for commercial use from the original client and am allowed to redistribute/alter for another client unless it contains a design that I do not have the rights to.GT_04: Absolutely no NFT's under any circumstance. Any commissions that have any intention of being an NFT will be instantly denied and no refunds will be given if the piece has started in any phase.

Under absolutely no circumstances do I permit my works to be subjected to or used as "training" for any AI generative technology. Legal action will be taken if I am to find my works submitted to these generators/programs. Any commissions that have any intention of being used in AI training will be instantly denied and no refunds will be given if the piece has started in any phase. Furthermore, if the commission was used for AI generative tools during or after the completion of service, I am fully in the right to take legal action and reclaim ownership of the commissioned work

PR_01: You must send through 100% prepayment before I start the drawing. If the situation is urgent, payment plans may be arranged but not guaranteed. Only once the payment is confirmed will I then add you to the commission list.PR_02: If you wish to cancel your commission, the outcome will depend on how far into the work I am.FOR ILLUSTRATIONS OF ANY KIND:Haven’t started / sketch phase: Eligible for full refund.Lining / Flat coloring: Eligible for 50% refund.Rendering or final stage: Not eligible for any kind of refund.FOR 3D MODELS OF ANY KIND:Body building phase: Eligible for full refund.Texture roughing: Eligible for 50% refund.Started rendering textures: Not eligible for any kind of refund.PR_03: If, by any reason, I cannot complete the commission, you will receive a full refund. If you are receiving a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will manually transfer the money to you.

PD_01: If there is a deadline, I need to be aware of it beforehand. Time allocated will vary based on my own personal/health/financial situation. You need to be patient if something comes up.PD_02: During each phase you have up to 5 free revisions. I will send you the progress after completing each stage and I will not move onto the next phase until you confirm you are happy with the outcome of that stage.PD_03: Do not rush me! Feel free to ask for updates on your commission, but I'm usually working on many projects at once as well as having a semi-slow art process. Don't be afraid to ask for updates.PD_04: If you wish for me to change something after the phase was approved/work was completed, you will need to pay a fee based on the complexity of your revision. However, this does not apply if there was a misunderstanding on my part and I will opt to fix it for free.PD_05: You will receive the full high-res image after completion, please note that this will not be a physical product unless it is stated beforehand. You may post my works on social media with credit &/or link to my social media.

CU_01: If you have not purchased a licensing fee, you may not use my art for commercial profit including merchandise. Action will be taken if I see this happening.CU_02: If posting online/using as pfp, banner, etc- credit still has to me given in the description/bio/replies.CU_03: You can only edit the art for personal use, however, you may not remove my watermark for any purpose.CU_04: Do not try to pass my art off as your own. This includes my Ko-Fi colour-in pages. For commissioned works, do not make any drastic alterations and claim you created it.

OT_01: If there is an issue with the product or something relating to the commission, please contact me so we can resolve and come to a solution together. If you do not do this, and instead take to social media to slander me- action will be taken.OT_02: My terms are open to be discussed for situations such as financial hardship, difficult circumstances etc. However, this doesn't guarantee that I'm obligated to change them.OT_03: If I haven't listed something in my can/can't draw section, feel free to contact me so I can discuss it with you!OT_04: I am not responsible for your commission being banned from Twitch or any other platform.
